Jadofit Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Jadofit processes, why we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights.

This policy applies to jadofit.com, its contact and feedback forms, and Jadofit online services. Health and activity data entered into future app features will be covered by clear, feature-specific notices and appropriate consent before those features are enabled.

The contact form receives your name, email, phone number, subject, and message. Feedback may include its type, optional name and email, rating, message, and follow-up preference. We may temporarily record IP address, request time, browser data, and technical events for security and troubleshooting.

We use data only to answer requests, provide support, review feedback, prevent abuse, protect the service, and make measurable product improvements. Optional audience analytics runs only after consent. We do not sell or rent personal data for behavioral advertising.

Access is limited to authorized Jadofit personnel and essential hosting or infrastructure providers, only as needed to deliver the service. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards will be used for international transfers. We disclose data only when required by valid law or necessary to protect users and the service.

Contact and feedback messages are kept for no more than 12 months after the last related action, then deleted or anonymized unless a legal duty or active dispute requires longer retention. Technical and security logs are normally kept for no more than 30 days. Backup copies expire through a secured backup cycle.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy where applicable, and withdraw optional consent. We may request limited information to verify identity and protect your data. Valid requests are answered within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and abuse protections, but no system is absolutely secure. Jadofit is not designed for children under 16 without valid guardian permission. Contact us if a child's data may have been submitted without authorization.
